• Orthodontics for Children and Adults
Dr. Garemani recommends children to have their first orthodontic consultation by age six or seven. Dr. Garemani tries to avoid extractions in adult cases and does not do "serial extractions" in child cases. Instead, orthodontic appliances are used to make room for all teeth. • Sleep Apnea
Apnea is disruption of breathing during sleep. This disorder, without treatment, can cause much greater problems. Apnea prevents the brain and rest of the body from getting enough oxygen. Without necessary oxygen, brain activity can slow and the body may become fatigued. Appliances used for this disorder will also help to decrease snoring.

• Bruxism Therapy
